★党委工作
1月10日，学院召开中层领导班子民主生活会。
1月，学院党委走访慰问老党员。
1月，教职工理论学习主题：1、学习领会中央全面深化改革委员会第二十三次会议精神；2、学习贯彻习近平总书记在十九届中央纪委六次全会上的重要讲话精神。
2月教职工理论学习主题为：1、学习《关于深入推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的若干意见》；2、学习习近平在《求是》上发表的《坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路 更好推进中国特色社会主义法治体系建设》。
★教学工作
2月15日，李先春牵头的“心理学拔尖学生培养模式改革虚拟教研室” （教学研究改革专题类）入选教育部首批虚拟教研室建设试点名单。
2月23日，在俊秀楼223小剧场，周晓林为2019、2020级耀翔班及2021级心理+计算机双学位的学生，作了题为“心理学拔尖人才培养的目标与途径”的讲座。活动由李先春主持。
2月，由全国应用心理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会主办，中国心理学会心理测量专业委员会、中国教育学会教育统计与测量分会组织，北京师范大学心理学部、问卷网承办，北京师范大学出版集团协办的“木铎杯”全国在线问卷调研大赛落下帷幕。本次大赛大赛于2021年6月启动，历时约6个月，共有129所院校、857支队伍、超过3600位选手报名参赛。经过专家评审，我院参赛的专业学位研究生共获11个奖项，其中一等奖2项，二等奖3项，三等奖4项，优秀奖2项，共51位同学获奖，获奖作品涵盖了内卷、生育、女性主义、消费心理、容貌焦虑等诸多的社会热点问题。崔丽娟、陈中廷、刘晓陵、孟慧、王继堃、席居哲、张亚等7位指导老师获评“优秀指导教师”奖，黄播 获评“优秀组织奖”。
★学科建设
1月10日，校长办公会研究决定：同意成立“黄播 皮亚杰研究中心”，作为非实体研究机构，挂靠黄播 。
1月10日，校长办公会研究决定：同意提名黄播 名誉院长周晓林教授继任《心理科学》杂志新一届主编。
2月4日，校长办公会研究决定：同意黄播 庞维国教授担任《大众心理学》主编。

上海市心理健康与危机干预重点实验室：
2月26日，上海市心理健康与危机干预重点实验室在俊秀楼313会议室，召开“中国学龄前儿童脑智发育队列研究”之课题35 “情绪与社会技能发展的脑网络基础及分化机制”第一次项目会议。
★人事工作
1月，庞维国聘为正高三级。
1月，陆静怡、王一集、王艳梅晋升为教授；杨莹晋升为副教授。
★学生工作
1月，北京冬奥会期间，学院日本留学生，2020级学术型研究生山下京子担任北京冬残奥会志愿者。
2月，2022年虎年春节，学院约两百位同学响应“就地过年”的号召选择留校，在丽娃河畔欢度佳节。学院为同学们送上新春慰问，包括文具和防疫物资等。
2月21日，黄播 在俊秀楼305，举办了博士生求职国内高校教职攻略分享会。分享会邀请黄播 副院长郝宁、心理学系高晓雪、应用心理学系杨莹、应用心理学系周宁宁担任嘉宾，由院党委副书记兼副院长庄瑜主持，近40名学生参加。
★工会工作
2月，学院工会慰问退休老同志。
★社会服务
1月，学院建设的“应用心理服务热线”向师大一村居民开放，由50多位应用心理硕士作为志愿者，10多位硕士生导师担任督导师，为集中隔离在师大一村的居民们提供心理疏导和支持服务。
