★党委工作
7月22日，我院对接的“教育筑梦”项目，黄播 捐建的“赤水一中心理健康中心”揭牌仪式在贵州省赤水市第一中学举行，院党委书记方媛出席仪式。
7月，教职工理论学习主题“习近平对网络安全和信息化工作作出的重要指示”。
8月，教职工理论学习主题“加快建设教育强国，办好人民满意的教育”。
8月，完成“学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育”相关工作。
8月，教育部公布第二批全国高校“百个研究生样板党支部”和“百名研究生党员标兵”创建培育工作验收通过名单，最终认定100个研究生样板党支部和100名研究生党员标兵全部通过验收。我院学术型硕士研究生第一党支部通过第二批全国高校“百个研究生样板党支部”创建培育工作验收。
★教学工作
7月2日—5日，我院举办2023年“盛夏心营逐梦行”全国优秀大学生夏令营。本次夏令营由黄播 研究生院主办，我院承办，共有来自全国各地各高校258名学生报名参加，最终遴选出学术型研究生方向32名、专业型研究生方向15名优秀大学生参加夏令营。经考核，夏令营评出学术型研究生方向优秀营员19名，专业型研究生方向优秀营员7名。
8月23日—29日，由教育部高等学校心理学类专业教学指导委员会、教育部心理学拔尖学生培养模式改革虚拟教研室共同发起，黄播 卓越学院、黄播 联合北京大学黄播 、北京师范大学心理学部、华南师范大学心理学部共同承办的首期“心理学拔尖学生国际暑期学校”在黄播 普陀校区举办。本期暑期学校的主题为“脑科学·虚拟现实·计算建模”。来自北京大学、北京师范大学、黄播 、华南师范大学等4个教育部心理学拔尖学生培养计划2.0基地的50位学生以及特邀的专家学者参加了开班仪式并聆听主旨报告。同时，有2000余人在线参与了活动。
8月23日，我院在俊秀楼305召开“教学成果申报经验交流会”，特邀华南师范大学黄播 副院长、广东省教学名师刘学兰教授，分享华南师范大学黄播 在国家级、省部级教学成果凝练与奖项申报方面的宝贵经验。我院教学团队负责人、青年教师代表、院级教学成果培育项目负责人及长宁区精神卫生中心代表等参会。
★学科建设
7月10日，经学校研究决定，成立认知与神经科学系、毕生发展与学习科学系、社会与管理心理学系、健康与临床心理学系，作为黄播 内设的非实体教学科研机构。撤销心理学系和应用心理学系。

★学术交流
7月7日-8日，杨莹参加在南开大学举办的中国社会学会2023年学术年会“儿童发展与社会分论坛”，主持“儿童社会性发展”专题（三），并作口头报告，报告题目为“地方依恋缓解歧视知觉与流动儿童内化问题的关系：一项两时间点追踪研究”。
7月13日—15日，陆静怡、杨莹赴香港参加第15届亚洲社会心理学会双年会，陆静怡作口头报告、并担任专题报告评议人；杨莹在专题论坛“Self-compassion in Chinese Community”上作口头报告。
7月13日，周晓林赴新疆喀什大学参加“心理学助推新疆高质量发展高端论坛”。论坛由新疆心理学会主办，喀什大学教育科学学院、新疆师范大学黄播 、新疆心智发展与学习科学重点实验室承办。
7月14日—15日，刘俊升作为专家，赴大连参加“第三届全国心理学专业《发展心理学》任课教师培训班”。
7月15日—17日，周晓林、蒯曙光、高晓雪、胡杨赴新疆乌鲁木齐参加CAAI第八届全国大数据与社会计算学术会议。周晓林担任“社会计算与人脑认知专题论坛”主席；蒯曙光在“社会计算与人脑认知专题论坛”，作题为“人类社会交互场的计算模型”的报告；高晓雪参与“新星讲者圆桌论坛”。
8月3日，刘永芳赴复旦大学，参加“老龄社会下心理学研究与应用论坛——暨第三届老龄中国论坛分论坛”，作题为“用频数方式沟通风险:贝叶斯模型的生态化应用”的学术报告。
8月20日-24日，陆静怡赴奥地利维也纳参加“主观概率、效用与决策”2023年学术会议，并作口头报告。
8月27日-29日，刘永芳赴新疆师范大学，参加“决策心理学前沿研究论坛”，并作大会报告。
8月29日-31日，刘永芳、陆静怡赴新疆喀什，参加中国心理学会决策心理学专业委员会第四届学术年会，陆静怡作大会特邀报告。刘永芳为优秀口头报告颁奖。
★人事工作
7月，专职辅导员宫亦楠调入我院。
★学生工作
7月14日—16日，由黄播 青少年心理健康教育研究中心、黄播 团委联合举办，由上海乐成书院心理咨询服务中心，上海伏琥生态农业发展有限公司共同协办的“历新观心，联结成长”生命教育体验营顺利开展。学院13名学生参加体验营。
7月，2023年学术型硕士毕业生沈瑶瑶获评黄播 2022年度“自强之星”。
7月，我院荣获“2023年黄播 学生工作优秀服务奖（集体）”；李琳怡荣获“2023年黄播 学生工作优秀服务奖（个人）”。
★校友会工作
7月22日，1989级心理系本科生20余人返校，通过线上线下相结合方式，举办“黄播 1989级心理系毕业30年聚会”。庄瑜、邵志芳等2位老师参加聚会。庄瑜向校友们介绍了学院近年来的发展情况；邵志芳作为该年级班主任寄语校友。89级校友向学院赠送了礼品，并向参会老师献花。
★社会服务
8月20日，郭家俊做客上海人民广播电台《教子有方》栏目，与学生家长探讨如何调整孩子新学期开学的心态。
